At Shepherd’s Table, we are passionate about building a community and uplifting those in need. We do so by using food to bring everyone together and providing a welcoming environment for all.
Earlier this year, we asked our staff, clients, volunteers, donors, board members and supporters to share their favorite home recipes with us. With everyone’s contributions, we are excited to share that our cookbook is now available to order. Special thanks to Juliet Bram and Christina Moore for putting this wonderful collection together!
“From Garden to Table” is an eclectic collection of recipes that beautifully capture the diversity of our Shepherd’s Table Family. The recipes are sorted into different categories:
- Appetizers and Beverages
- Soups and Salads
- Bread and Rolls
- Main Dishes
- Desserts and many more.
Some recipes are simple, such as the recipe for Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette. There are also more complex recipes fit for a family gathering. Imagine the joy of your loved ones when dishes like Birthday Goulash are at the center of the table. Old-fashioned crowd pleasers like Pad Thai or Chicken and Rice Casserole are even included. For dessert? You will find the best Banana Nut Bread and Peach Cobbler from our cookbook.
This cookbook is great for a beginner Chef, as well as a professional. We have included helpful hints in the beginning of every section for our home cooks and also for those who just recently started cooking during Covid-19. All of our recipes come with clear, dependable, easy-to-follow instructions.
